Local music tools
Tempo, sound and haptic preferences, language, setlists and supported music-workspace data are stored locally. Pulse does not require a Lovato account for its local music tools and does not send microphone audio to Lovato servers. Pulse does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Microphone use and recordings
Microphone permission is used for features you enable, such as tuner, spectrum and audio analysis. Live analysis runs on your device. In newer builds that include recording or sample capture, audio can also be deliberately recorded and saved locally. This is different from temporary live analysis. You control whether to use these features.
Files, samples and sharing
Supported builds can import, edit, save or export audio and other music-workspace files. Files remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them through another app or service. Any destination you choose handles the exported content under its own terms and privacy policy.
Phone, watch and platform features
Supported phone/watch builds use Wear OS services to exchange app data between paired devices. Tiles, widgets and watch-face complications display supported app information. Available features depend on your installed edition.
Language settings
Pulse currently supports English and Spanish. Your language choice is saved as an app preference. It does not require a separate user account.
Purchases and platform services
Where an edition offers paid features, Google Play handles payment processing. Lovato does not receive payment-card details through the app. Google may provide order and financial records through its merchant tools.
Google Play, Android and Wear OS may process purchases, installations, diagnostics and other platform information under their own policies. See Google’s privacy policy. Store disclosures should be read alongside this policy.
Retention, deletion and children
Use the app’s available deletion controls to remove saved items, or manage app data in device settings. Exported files, shared copies, paired-device data and operating-system backups may remain and need to be removed separately. Pulse’s music tools are not designed to collect children’s personal information on Lovato servers. Contact us if you believe a support message contains a child’s personal information.

For privacy questions or requests, email BPMMunkzPulse@labmunkz.com. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
